UNDERGOING LASIK
ARRIVING AT THE CENTER
Make an effort to arrive at the center rested and relaxed. You should plan to spend one and a half to three hours at the laser center, although this amount of time varies from center to center.
Wear comfortable clothing the day of your surgery. Do not wear makeup, skin moisturizer, perfume, or cologne because LASIK requires clean, sterile conditions. Earrings should not be worn either.
